Enchong, Johan on doing a swimming video

Here’s a good way to train and learn if Enchong Dee and Johan Aguilar only have one pair of paddles between them.

Enchong is wearing arena AGL-1400 EMBL swimming glass (mirror Swedish type) and ARN-6015 DGRN rimic nux-F, while Johan wears Speedo Florida Gators Team issue Swimming Cap and speedsocket Mirrored Goggle – Black (8-705890000) and agonswim University Athletic Association, University of Florida Mesh Training Suit Fully Front and Back Lined (ACX111510TRS2MES).

Enchong Dee writes poem about speaking up

Enchong Dee hopes to inspire people with a poem he wrote about the power of speaking up, released few days after the shutdown of his network, ABS-CBN, due to franchise renewal issues.

“I’m finally seeing what I had hoped for a long time ago./ Too small of a place, where we express ourselves and not for show,” he wrote for opening lines of the poem posted on Instagram.

In the next stanza, he talked about a society with different views yet strives for peace and prosperity.

In the latter part of the poem, he encouraged everyone to speak without worrying about getting reputation sullied or appearing silly to other people.

“Speak from the depths of our hearts and not for what’s asked or what’s essentials./ Speaks, not only today, but as well as tomorrow when times are serene or closer to our normal,” he continued.

“Speak in whatever language and sensibilities you have, for I too understand the sentiments of my neighbors./ Speak honestly now more than ever because tomorrow may not be in your favor./ Speak, for I have no right to judge you, but history can and honestly will./ Speak but intelligently – for if we fall, we fall with dignity and rise up with a glaring zeal.”

He reminded people to speak and deliver their message “gently.”

“Speak — for this is the only way we can move forward as a country.”
