2. Only genuine and original packs made by PMFTC, Inc. will be honored. All entries must have portion of the pack seal to be valid. Drop entries in drop boxes at designated drop centers.
3. You can only win one major (1) prize (1st to 6th prizes). If your name is drawn more than once, you win the bigger prize and forfeit the prize of lesser value.
4. Promo is from October 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021. Grand draw date will be on February 14, 2021 to be held LIVE during the PBA Philippine Cup Finals at the Araneta Coliseum and simulcast over One TV Channel 5.
5. Only official representatives from PMFTC and DOH-FDA will validate all winning raffle entries during draws.
6. All major prize winners (1st to 6th prizes) will be published in national dailies nine (9) days after the grand draw. For consolation prize winners of PMFTC cigarettes, a separate list will be posted at all district / branch offices of PMFTC nationwide.
7. All prizes are tax paid, not convertible to cash and can be redemed within 60 days after the end promo period.
8. Major prize winners will be notified by registered mail and / or by phone calls on when and where to claim their prize.
9. When claiming prizes, winners must present the registered mail and two (2) valid ID's bearing the photo and signature. in case, the claimant is unable to comply, he or she must execute an affidavit to verify and establish his or her identity.
10. Prizes not claimed sixty (60) days after the publication of the winners will be forfeited.
11. All employees of PMFTC, J. Romero and Associates and DOH-FDA, as well as their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consangunity are not elibigle to join.
